What is Printerpoint?
Printerpoint is a cloud-based printer management solution that enables service, supply, and billing workflows across your entire fleet of small and large format printers.
It is a small program, installed by one of our technicians on a computer on your company’s network. Every few minutes supply, usage, and meter information are encrypted and sent to Printerpoint’s cloud servers.
Printerpoint allows printers to be monitored more effectively. The software can help the service team diagnose more issues remotely and allow services like firmware updates to be handled without visiting the site. Data can be read on certain printers that can allow the service team to be more prepared for the visit or avoid the visit entirely through remote adjustments and updates. Supply information can also be collected by the software to help provide future automated supplies handling if requested. Machine counters are automatically sent in for billing to eliminate the need for emails and phone calls. All this together can lead to more productivity with less down time..
Through the customer portal you can see all of your printers in one place. You can select a printer to view pending messages, counts, coverage, supply and service information all in one easy to use program. The outbound connection uses HTTPS and the data is encrypted during transmission and storage to ensure that it is not read or forged by a third party. Customer data is not sold, traded or otherwise shared.
PrintReleaf Integration
PrintReleaf has now made it easy to integrate with Printerpoint to automatically find your environmental offset. With Printerpoint keeping track of your printing, PrintReleaf can then calculate your impact and offset it with its conservation efforts. This integration makes it incredibly easy for businesses to contribute to sustainability efforts while benefiting from Printerpoint’s features simultaneously.

Opt-in for seamless printing; Opt-out with extra fees
We realize that Printerpoint may not be suitable for all print environments and situations. As as backup to this software, we do allow customers to opt-out of this program if they wish. Due to the increased work and effort that it takes to monitor, collect, and manage this information however, there are additional fees that come with declining the Printerpoint installation.
If you would like to opt-out of Printerpoint, please be aware of the following:
• Limited remote diagnostic support
• Additional cost to manually request and input meters
• No automatic supply fulfillment service
• No sustainable re-forestation credit
